We develop computational imaging systems in which the optics record encoded measurements and algorithms reconstruct the image, allowing us to measure what standard microscopes and cameras cannot. Our work spans computational microscopy and computational photography, including quantitative phase, polarization, and spectral imaging, imaging with scattered light, and other unconventional imaging systems. Using AI-based reconstruction and analysis, we apply these systems to bioimaging, in vivo imaging, and metrology and inspection.
